Isabella was super sweet and respectful. When dropping off/picking up, be careful in the parking lot. My car was towed within 10 minutes as I was dropping off. Obviously not anything to do with the stay, but just fyi! We also had some miscommunication about pick up time. When I got my dog home and drank so much water like she hadn’t in a while. I’m sure she was cared for. It was a great last minute option.

Isabella took wonderful care of Stella for almost two weeks, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a newer rescue (she's a German Shepherd/Pit mix, still settling into her routines), I was nervous about leaving her for that long, but she put me completely at ease. She sent regular updates and photos, which meant a lot. When I picked Stella up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — tired in the best way, like she'd had two great weeks of exercise and attention. I'd trust Isabella with Stella again without hesitation, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a boarder who genuinely loves dogs.

Isabella was amazing! She was highly communicative and made sure Ember had the absolute best time. I was away for the week and was nervous leaving her for so long, but Isabella did a wonderful job making sure Ember was well cared for and keeping me updated on how she was. I came home to a very happy pup!

The sitter was pleasant and communicative throughout our interactions. However, I would not book with her again. My senior dog’s care needs, including his diaper use and mobility limitations, were fully disclosed and discussed before the booking was accepted. Despite this, she asked to end the stay just two days into what was supposed to be a 1.5-week booking because of issues related to those same disclosed needs. I was out of the country at the time, so being forced to find a new sitter on extremely short notice was incredibly stressful and put me in a very difficult situation. If a sitter is not comfortable caring for a senior dog with special needs, that should be determined before accepting the booking, not after the stay has already begun.

Dogs did great with Isabella and got great daily updates.

Isabella was polite and responsive and my dog Gigi seemed to have had a good time and stay at her place. However it was not apparent at the time of booking that there are other dogs (4-5x) who are boarded at the same time - something to be aware of. I also did not find the updates to be consistent as I had to reach out on occasions, and did not find the updates detailed enough - just photos. Lastly, my instructions of not letting my dog offleash during walks was not followed despite us discussing this beforehand. Overall, I am not sure how well the rest of my instructions was followed especially with having to look after multiple dogs and a baby, but it seemed that my dog had a pleasant stay overall.
