Hi, I’m Isabella, and I would love to meet and help take care of your animals! I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have experience with dogs and cat breeds/sizes of all kinds. I have also fostered dogs so I am comfortable with shy dogs as well! I live in Northern Virginia, but work in Navy Yard, DC and also have a car and can come to you if you live downtown.

We have an older, fickle rescue dog who can be challenging with new people. Bella happily came over for weeks leading up to our trip to take our dog for a walk to build up a relationship. Bella was very patient and understanding of our dogs quirks. Bella kept us updated during our trip and when we arrived home we got to see first hand how much our dog grew to love Bella. I would highly recommend Bella to care for your pet!
Isabella was wonderful! She was super understanding of me being very chaotic and frazzled trying to leave, and took special care with my very anxious dog. She also tried to spend extra time before I left to try and make my anxious dog more comfortable, and was really understanding of all my pets needs (2 dogs and 2 cats!). I will definitely be looking to book with her again :)
Isabella was an incredible dog sitter for our pup, Koda! She took Koda on fun adventures and sent us regular updates with photos where Koda was always smiling and clearly having the best time. Isabella’s communication was fantastic, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive sitter. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again!
Isabella is wonderful, she always helps my family out when we're in pet-care need! I have two smaller dogs who are fairly wary of people, but they warmed up to her right away. She's caring, punctual, and very attentive to the needs of the dogs. Highly recommend!
I have had the privilege of knowing Bella for the past 7 years. She and my daughter grew up together in the same neighborhood. Whenever we were away, Bella would take care of our 9 year old lab Captain and our 2 year old German Shepard Mayzie. We called her Dr. Doolittle. She walked, fed, pet, and cared for the dogs (including Captain’s complicated medicine regimen) and I never doubted for a second that they were in the best hands. I would recommend Bella as a dog caregiver to anyone!

Schedule
If we are in Navy Yard, I am able to come to your house several times per day to walk/check on your dogs. If I am staying at your house that is also convenient if it’s in Navy Yard since I work most week days there! If you live elsewhere we can work something out. I am happy to move things around to best fit your pets’ needs.

Safety, trust & environment
While house sitting, I can walk, feed, and play with your pets. I also have a job that is dog friendly and our clients love when we bring our pups to say hello! I of course would clear that with you, the owner to make sure they’re friendly and comfortable around new people.

A typical day
My home has one dog, Oliver. He is 10 this year, but acts like he’s 4 or 5! Very spry, cuddly, and loves a new friend. I am happy to bring your dog on a walk with him in McLean as well once we establish trust and if that is of interest :)

- I would like to know if they are trained, how old they are, and any disabilities or problems that I should know about when taking care of them. I also would like to know their comfort levels in public spaces, dog parks, and around children in case we encounter any of the above on walks. I have experience with dogs that can be reactive in certain situations and I want to make sure yours is set up for success with me :)
