🐾 Welcome! 🐾 ❤️🐶🐱 I’ve been pet sitting through Rover for the past year and absolutely love it! Caring for animals is one of the best parts of my day, and I take pride in providing dependable, compassionate care that gives pet parents peace of mind. 🐕 My experience began years ago caring for my parents’ Golden Retrievers, Scout & Brady, along with their two cats. Over time, neighbors and family friends began trusting me to care for their pets as well. 🐈 Today, I also have two cats of my own—Goose & Kiwi—who are completely spoiled! 🐾✨ ⸻ 🏡 Overnight Care Includes ✅ Feeding and fresh water ✅ Potty breaks every 4–5 hours ✅ Medication administration (if needed) ✅ Short potty walks (5 minutes or less) ✅ Playtime and companionship ✅ Daily photo updates ✅ Basic accident clean-up ✅ Bringing in mail and packages ✅ Taking trash bins to and from the curb ✅ Leaving your home tidy and as I found it ⸻ What is NOT Included ❌ Extended exercise walks ❌ Dog park visits ❌ Grooming ❌ Deep cleaning or housekeeping ⸻ ⭐ Additional Services 🐾 20-Minute Walk — $20 🐾 Yard Waste Clean-Up — $25 base fee (+$10 per additional dog) 🐾 Additional services, including extended walks, yard waste removal, or other services not included in the standard booking, may incur additional fees. ⸻ 🤝 Meet & Greets • Your first meet & greet is complimentary so we can ensure we’re a great fit. • Any additional meet & greets will be billed at my standard drop-in visit rate. ⸻ 🌙 Overnight Care & Extended Daytime Coverage • During overnight stays, I typically spend 1–4 consecutive hours with your pet before leaving for other scheduled pet care visits. • I may leave periodically throughout the day for scheduled pet care visits. Dogs should be comfortable being left alone for up to 4–5 hours at a time. • I do not simply “drop in” between visits. Each time I return, I spend an extended period with your pet—typically 1–4 consecutive hours—providing companionship, potty breaks, feeding (if needed), playtime, and attentive care. • Overnight bookings requiring extended daytime coverage (for pets that cannot be left alone for more than 4 hours) may be subject to additional charges. ⸻ 📅 Cancellation Policy • Drop-in visits: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. • Overnight stays: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. • Cancellations made after these timeframes are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee may be waived at my discretion depending on the circumstances. ⸻ 🚗 Travel Fees • Bookings outside my normal service radius are subject to a travel fee based on the distance and travel time required. ⸻ 📋 Additional Policies • My primary focus is keeping your pet safe and happy. • Walks longer than 5 minutes must be booked as an additional service. • In the event of an emergency, I will first attempt to contact the owner for instructions. If additional assistance is needed to safely transport or handle the pet, I may enlist the help of a trusted family member. • Owners are responsible for any damage to property or personal belongings caused by their pet. • Emergency veterinary care and transportation may incur additional fees.
