I am a working-artist and have a flexible schedule. I'm hoping to take care of animals as some extra income between my other gigs and selling/making art. I'm looking for work during weekdays for walking dogs and for pet-sitting.

I like to connect with the pets I'm taking care of, first listening to all the needs of the owners and then translating that to my care of pets and taking their visual cues. I'm happy taking dogs out on walks throughout my stay for pet sitting and for them to go to the bathroom. Being a dog owner I have a good grasp on what dog's require and will happily give them all the love and care they need.

Would love to know about your dog's temperament and their willingness to listen, especially how they are with other dogs and if I need to be aware of any leash aggression.
A typical day
I love any excuse to go outside, I love taking dogs to Albany Bulb to dip in the beach or on hikes in the trails of the Berkeley Hills. Typically I aim for 30-45 minutes walks two or three times a day and lots of cuddles at home.

Hi my name is Bella, I grew up around dogs and have always been drawn to training them and giving them all my love. Not only have I cared for my own family's dogs, I've taken care of and walked/watched my loved one's animals. I have experience walking, hiking, washing, and training dogs for the past 10 years, and really enjoy being around animals and giving them lots of love. I'm more than happy to send photos of doggies to their owners and frequently update folks about how their pets are doing.

We highly recommend Bella! She took amazing care of our two cats and dog for a week while we were out of town. Our dog experienced some separation anxiety at first and Bella’s gentle care and patience helped him through. We received regular updates and photos each day and felt at ease knowing she genuinely cared how our animals were feeling. She went above and beyond taking our dog to his favorite places, providing a food alternative when he had an upset stomach and being flexible when his schedule was a bit off. We will absolutely reach out next time we are out of town and you should too! Thanks, Bella!!!
