Isabel was great with our three cats, who all have very different personalities/needs. She took great care of them and their space and was even able to accommodate a last minute schedule change. We would definitely work with her again!

We booked Isabel for our two cats for a week. We were set to leave on Friday. Literally the Saturday before our one cat fell and broke his leg. His leg was amputated on Monday. Isabel was happy to stop back by more frequently and check on him so we could still go away. She stopped by twice a day to check on him, give meds and check on the wound. She was able to give him his pain medicine once. After that she had trouble locating him, i think because he was so traumatized by the med administration. So he missed a few last days of pain medicine. She also had trouble locating our other cat. When we got home we found him stuck under the kitchen cabinet. To be fair we didn’t know we had a hole under the kitchen cabinet and he never meowed for her to get him out. But he meowed for us when we got home and it took us an hour to find him. She was very communicative and let us know all the places she had looked to try to find them. Took pictures and we felt informed, but i think she lacks experience in medication administration. We also requested her to stop by at 7a and 7p so he could get his meds every 12 hours. The first morning after stopping by the night before she didn’t stop by til 10:30am which would of been a late dose if she had been able to locate him and give his meds, which she wasn’t able to. I think Isabel would be great for “easy” drop ins, but I think she lacks some experience when it comes to harder tasks with unknown cats.
