Isabel was so caring and attentive to our high needs dog. She bonded w him, played with him, adjusted to his idiosyncrasies and learned from him. She was so sweet with him and patient. We really appreciated how much she cared about him and his well-being. She was very well-prepared ahead of time, asking for information about our dog’s routines and our house. She is kind, intelligent, warm and friendly. She communicated well w updates and pictures. We are so grateful we met Isabel!

Isabel was an amazing sitter for Hattie and Bo. Hattie takes medicine four times per day and Bo is feisty little kitty. We received some great photos and updates while we were gone. We will absolutely have Isabel watch our babies again.

Isabel recently took care of my elderly Italian greyhound, Phoebe, who has many special needs and requires 5 medications twice a day, plus a special diet and has stomach issues due to the medication. There are no words that truly express the level of care that she showed Phoebe. She was so conscientious, communicated questions and followed through with the extra care that Phoebe required. The compassion she showed toward Phoebe was evident and a bond was formed over the week to the point when I mention Isabel, Phoebe goes to the door to look for her. Isabel is an angel, whose patience and kind nature made Phoebe comfortable throughout the week. I can’t say enough about the tremendous care she gave Phoebe!

We had a 5-star house/pet sitting experience with Isabel and are so very grateful! From the start, Isabel was super communicative and responsive. Isabel stayed at our house with our pup for nearly a week and overall this was one of the loveliest (and lowest stress) experiences we've had with a petsitter. We have a tendency to worry and Isabel didn’t make us feel silly at all for the amount of detail we have written up and we could tell she really cared about our pup feeling happy and cozy. We talked with Isabel about our hopes for daytime care for our pup too (especially since she’s 12 now) and Isabel was happy to work with us to figure out what would work well for all of us. Isabel proactively reached out and sent regular text and pic updates, asked questions when they popped up, and we never worried once about our pup being at home on her own for too long. Everything went incredibly smoothly and that is the best thing we could ask for! Plus we came home to a very clean house! Thank you again for hanging with our pup while we were gone!

This is the first time we’ve left our cat, Mari alone since we moved to Massachusetts. We were really apprehensive about leaving her with someone else, especially since Mari is shy and nervous around new people. However, Isabel turned out to be just the person we were looking for. She was calm and gentle in getting to know our girl. And she was incredibly conscientious, not only with taking care of Mari and our house, but in organizing details and communicating with us. She updated us every day with texts, pictures, and video. And we came home to a calm, happy kitty. We can’t say enough good things about Isabel and highly recommend her.

This was the second time Isabel walked our high-energy, high-anxiety dog. I appreciate that Isabel responds quickly to any messages from me and let me know how everything was going so we could relax and enjoy our time away without worry. I will definitely reach out to Isabel the next time we need pet care.
