Information Isabel P. would like to know about your pet

FIRST-TIME BOOKINGS REQUIRE A MEET & GREET AT THE DOG PARK. I’m unable to accept a booking request until we’ve met in person. This allows me to evaluate whether we’re a good fit for each other and helps ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. During the meet & greet, you can tell me everything about your furry baby. It’s very important for me to learn about their routine, including what they eat, their potty schedule, whether they sleep in a kennel or not, their social skills, and any other details that help me keep their routine as close as possible to what they have at home. <————————

A typical day

I'm 85% of the time with them, playing, cuddling, feeding them, just being with them outside, I have so many toys to choose from. I usually have a daily routine with them.

Pet care experience

Hi I’m Isabel! ‼️FIRST-TIME BOOKINGS REQUIRE A MEET & GREET AT THE DOG PARK. I’m unable to accept a booking request until we’ve met in person.‼️ ABOUT ME: I have more than 15 years of experience taking care of dogs; it started as a passion and then became a profession. I devote my full-time attention to this role without any other job obligations; this means your furry baby will receive my full care and attention when choosing me as your sitter. I grew up surrounded by many animals, from dogs like tiny chihuahuas, big German Shepherds, cats, birds, bunnies… I am an animal lover, and I feel empathy for them. I enjoy taking care of them, ensuring they are safe and loved and all their needs are met. All my life, I’ve been involved with rescue associations, helping them by rescuing stray dogs, finding them home, or donating. It’s always been a very important part of my life; I actively collaborate in the distance with three nonprofit animal shelters in South America. In emergencies, I’m the kind of person who acts quickly; I have the knowledge and the experience on how to act in case of any emergencies your furry baby might have, although I’m always on alert mode because the safety of your pet is my number one priority. I'm experienced in administering medications, whether orally or via syringe injection. I have experience with rescue dogs, and with anxious dogs, I know it’s not always easy for them to adapt to a new place, but I’ll be right next to them if they need me to be close, but if they need their space, I will give them space. My concept is to make them feel as comfortable as possible in our time together and continue their home routine, meaning their sleeping habits, potty times, dieting, snacking, and playtime. I do this professionally, and I take each and every pet I take care of very seriously; you can trust me I will take care of them as if they were my own. BOARDING AND DAYCARE: What should you expect when your pet is with me? Lots of updates and cute pictures! But only if you don’t mind! I will share at least one update a day unless you want me to send more, which I love to do! I'm a dog owner myself! I love to know how my babies are doing when they’re not with me, and I like to make sure you feel relaxed knowing your baby is having a great dog-cation! I have a fenced backyard; it’s a great space with no grass or bugs. They get to run and sunbathe and do their business, and it is safe for those furry escaper artists or jumpers 😅 I supervise my babies at all times, either inside or outside. I have multiple areas in the house where they can be if they don’t feel like socializing. I also have lots of beds and blankets throughout the house! This is doggy land! There is an accessible basket full of toys for them to choose to play. About the cleaning, I vacuum and mop daily; this is a rule. I use unharmful cleaning disinfectant products so your babies are safe. I wash all beds, toys, and blankets regularly, I replace the water from the water bowls several times a day, and I wash the food bowls after eating. I have pads at three points in the house, which is helpful for those used to peeing in pads. Also, I help them with the potty training. I have a 9-year-old boy (Mario) who inherited my love for animals, so after school, you’ll find him cuddling or playing with his furry friends. What do you need to bring? Their food! No matter their diet, I’ll follow the instructions, whether dry food, refrigerated food, or both! I’ll ensure they continue their diet with me, and don’t worry! I’ll make sure they eat. If you bring treats, vitamins, and snacks, I will ensure they have them as you tell me. Kennel or bed: if they are used to sleeping in kennels, please bring the kennel; I have plenty of space here. I have indoor fences, but I prefer they continue their sleeping routine. If they have this special bed or blanket that you will feel better if you know they have it, then it is also welcome. You don’t need to bring toys or any food-water bowls; I have that covered, but if you really want to bring it, it’s also okay. My home, indoors and outdoors, is entirely dog-friendly, providing a welcoming environment where many dogs make themselves at home quickly, but most importantly, it’s a peaceful and safe place. This is an all-time positive environment. With the drop-offs and pick-up times, I’m very flexible, but please let’s schedule a time. DROP-IN VISITS (currently unavailable) I can go to your place before the first drop-in visit so you can explain the routine you want me to follow and give me all the instructions. We can meet and discuss any details about your furry baby. If you prefer, we can do it virtually; we can have a phone conversation and text me all the instructions or leave me a note in your place, whichever works more conveniently for you! During the time I spend with your pet, I’ll cover everything on the checklist, including walking or playing with them. . . . I know life happens, and plans can change; I’m also flexible with reasonable situations, and I’m here to help and give you peace of mind. Let’s meet! My meetings are always at the Don Haskins Recreation Center at High Ridge. We can set up a time that works for both of us, and we can get to know each other. I'm open to video calls or phone calls. If there are things I need to know about your furry baby, please let me know! Details of diet, behaviors, socializing skills, etc., will help us have the best experience! I hope this helps! Thank you for trusting me! Isabel.

It was so hard to leave our little guy for two weeks but he sure had a blast. Isabel sent us photos and videos every day of Geezer having fun with the other dogs and getting snuggles on the couch. He had such a great time that I'm sure he'll be excited to stay again!

Our dog is our baby and it's hard to leave him, but I can't think of anyone I'd feel better about leaving him with than Isabel. She was so attentive to Geezer and gave us updates and photos throughout his stay. She knows which dogs can be trusted to play together and which needed to be kept separate, and she has plenty of room for every dog to get what they need. Geezer will be going back soon for a longer stay with Isabel and I feel confident that he'll be taken care of and have a lot of fun.

I’m so glad I found Isabel! She has been such a blessing when it comes to suitable and trustworthy care for my little fluff ball. I travel at least 1-2 a month and she is my go-to sitter every time. She’s sweet, kind, and very attentive and hands on with the dogs. My Graham is very spoiled at Miss Isabel’s house & he alway comes home exhausted so I know he’s having a great time.
