I’ve been around animals my whole life and have been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old. I grew up with a Welsh Springer Spaniel from puppyhood, and I’ve been responsible for daily walks, feeding, playtime, exercise, and caring for him on my own. I’m comfortable handling medium and large dogs (up to around 30 kg) and have experience walking multiple dogs at the same time. I’ve also enjoyed running, skiing, and playing outdoors with dogs to keep them active and happy. In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family, ranging from small to large breeds. I also have experience caring for cats, including feeding them, spending time with them, and making sure they are comfortable while their owners are away. I’m a responsible, patient, and trustworthy pet sitter who will treat your pets as if they were my own

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule, as I am taking a gap year after finishing three years of high school. This gives me plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, whether that means daily walks, visits, feeding, playtime, or simply giving pets company and attention throughout the day. I recently finished my previous job before summer, and I wanted to use my extra free time for something I genuinely enjoy. Taking care of animals is something that brings me a lot of happiness, and I love being able to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I am a reliable and responsible person who takes commitments seriously. When I make an agreement, I always make sure to follow through and give the pets the care and attention they deserve.

I have experience caring for dogs and cats belonging to family and family friends, including looking after them both in my own home and in their owners’ homes. I am comfortable following each pet’s individual routines, needs, and preferences to make sure they feel secure and well looked after. I have two homes in Oslo where I can potentially care for pets. One of them has a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and relax outside. The garden also has shaded areas, making it comfortable for dogs to spend time outdoors without getting too warm. The other home has a large indoor space and a peaceful garden area surrounded by natural barriers such as bushes and gates. However, I would always supervise dogs outside and would never let a dog run freely unless I am there with them. Both locations have great walking opportunities nearby, including parks, nature areas, and calm walking paths with less traffic. One home is around a 15 minute walk from Frognerparken, and the other is close to larger forest areas where I have enjoyed taking dogs on walks before. I always prioritize a safe, calm, and comfortable environment where pets can feel happy and cared for.
