We are insured and very proud of our small business. We have grown up with dogs around us - we love spending time with dogs and have lots of country walks close-by to enjoy. We have substantial experience caring for various dog breeds and are huge animal lovers. Since joining Rover, we have built up a regular clientele of dogs who are part of our family 🥰 Isaac has completed various courses with the IMDT including canine behaviour and training, working towards Behaviourist level.

Charlie had the best day for his day care with Isaac and Amy. He is a very active and friendly working cocker so appreciated the wonderful walks with his new furry friends. He came home happy and content and of course a tired bunny. Highly recommend them both to give your dog the best life in your absence - fantastic and Charlie is looking forward to September for his home boarding and more holiday adventures Thank you so much for giving Charlie the best time 🐶
Our two dogs stayed here with Amy and Isaac for a few days while we went away and they had the best time, both our dogs are completely opposite and they catered for them both. Sent updates every day with photos and they went on walks and were well looked after. The dogs were very happy xx Would recommend!!
Wouldn’t leave Herbie with anyone else outside of family. He’s in the best hands. Thank you both so so much for taking such good care of him over a long weekend and for the updates!
Our active Working Cocker had a fantastic day with Isaac and his pack. Lots of walks to enhance enrichment as well as play time with his new furry friends. Had the time of his life and all his needs catered for by Isaac just ensure he was a happy boy. Highly recommended and Charlie is now looking forward to his sleep over!!!
Isaac and Amy are great, they walk George and he has his first stay overnight, lots of pictures were shared and George had a great time whenever they have him 🤍

Schedule
Our schedules are flexible - Isaac does this full time therefore we try our best to meet your needs. There is plenty of time for dog walks and play breaks! Our prices are higher than average as we make space for boarding dogs to go on group walks if they are friendly and healthy enough to. If dogs are not able to go on group walks, they will still be walked by one of us regularly during the day and spend time with Amy who works from home. Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard so your dog will be safe. We are happy for your dog to sit on our furniture and encourage this so they are happy and comfortable in our home. They are welcome to roam around the house and play, and most enjoy looking out of the window, watch TV, or just sit with us whilst we relax. We are happy for your dog to sleep on our bed if this is their usual routine. Our house is clean and we always make sure the dogs feel calm and comfortable, like their second home. We ensure the dogs are part of our daily routine and very rarely leave dogs on their own. We would never leave two dogs alone in the same room unless they are from the same household.
A typical day
Dogs boarding have regular walks throughout the day. Isaac is a dog walker therefore most dogs may enjoy joining him on groups, hence why our prices are above average for boarding. We live by country walks around Ramsbottom - there is a lovely walk and park right at the back of our house. We are also near to Peel Tower and enjoy walking up there with the dogs we care for. We love cuddles and kisses from the dogs, playing games and doing scent work all around their new area. We also enjoy regular trips out for food/ to the pub, and love taking the dogs along with us where they get lots of attention!

- Please let us know if your dog has any needs we can account for. Please note we will only allow dogs for boarding who are toilet trained and not aggressive. We expect dogs to be well behaved around the house (although understand they each come with their own personalities and quirks)! Our home is a calm, clean environment, so we look after dogs who are used to living in a home setting and can settle well without jumping on surfaces or causing damage. We expect owners to be honest regarding their dogs temperaments and any behavioural issues. We offer a free meet and greet service for you and your dog to visit our home and meet us, before we collaboratively decide whether this is the best place for your dog to stay. As we are very busy, this may mean we have another dog staying with us during the meet and greet. We would inform you of this beforehand. The dogs in our care are our number one priority therefore we may aim to keep dogs separate during this visit. As this is our home, we expect visitors to be respectful of our space. Please do not attempt to enter other rooms in our house or interact with any other dog without us present - this helps keep everyone safe and comfortable. If we feel a booking isn’t the right fit during the meet & greet, we reserve the right to decline.
