I work at a gymnastics facility in Roseville most Mon-Fri 12-8 but am otherwise available for animal care. I currently pet sit for several animals in the Auburn area including a horse, goats, and chickens.

As a pet owner for most of my life, I understand how stressful it can be to trust someone with your animals; but I promise to take care of them to the utmost of my ability. It is my goal for you to return to your pets being as happy, healthy, and cared for as they were when you last saw them.

If your animals have any special requirements, I would love to have a conversation about how I can best meet those for them. I have several years of experience caring for elderly/sick cats and am familiar with feline dementia and other challenges. I am less experienced with canine special needs, but I am deeply empathetic and a quick learner should your pet have any special needs or conditions ?
A typical day
One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to play with the animals! One of my favorite games for dogs is hide and seek (I hide a toy, and they have to try to find it) and I love getting cats engaged with a string or feather toy to help them burn off some frisky energy :)

Pet care experience
My experience growing up with dogs, cats, and various farm animals helped me develop the knowledge and skills required to take care of a wide range of animals. I've helped raise (and train) puppies and kittens as well seen to their needs as elderly pets. I love animals in any phase of life and am desperately missing having one of my own due to housing restrictions. I would love to snuggle and play with cats, dogs, or any creature in between :)
