Caring dog walker
I've taken care of dogs and pets since I was a kid. We had dogs, hamsters, iguanas, birds and horses. I took care of neighbors and families pets when they were away on vacations. I now have a family of my own... We have 2 daughters, a dog, a cat and a small fish tank with a fish, a lobster and a snail. Working part time, I have extra time to come love on your pet while you're away. I also take my dog on walks or to the dog park and he'd love an extra friend to play with. I will make sure your pet is fed and watered while you're away. And also safe and loved. I can tidy up and pet messes as well.

We were blessed to find Iris on Rover. This was our first Rover experience and Iris was awesome. She has such a kind and thoughtful nature that showed through from first meeting her to each visit update. In addition, Iris is adaptable and creative. Our two cats are healthy and well cared for during our absence thanks to Iris. I highly recommend her services.
Iris did a wonderful job looking after our kitty. Our cat can be shy and standoffish, but it only took two days for Iris to build a good rapport. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

Excellent communication and set up a meet and greet right away! I’m new to the area and was really worry about leaving my recently rescued dog to go to a conference as we have been traveling so much. Iris was awesome with my shy/fearful scary/pitiful-Sounding dog who has separation anxiety and is for better or worse super bonded to me. Iris took great care of her and hung out with Ruby even when all Ruby did was stare at the door or out the window for my car ? she also responded very quickly and was able to help when my flight got cancelled. Highly recommend! Iris was calm and patient and had great communication before and after visits.
It was a pleasure to work with Iris. She did a very gracious pre-visit to get to know our dogs and family a little, asked detailed questions about various aspects and made notes. Her check-ins were all documented, she kept us informed on how our dogs were doing and pointed out any anomalies she noticed. We came back from our break to find two very happy labs. Thank you so much, Iris, for taking such good care of our pets!
