Hi! I'm Iris, I'm a dog walker and pet sitter with a passion for all things animals. I have years of personal experience in pet care and have just finished a BSc in Animal Behaviour and Training, so I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure the happiness and safety of your fur babies :) I also have personal experience with reactive and fearful dogs which has given me valuable insights into the unique challenges they face. I hold a robust understanding of positive reinforcement training techniques thanks to my studies and firmly believe in using patience, compassion and tailored approaches to help animals overcome their fears and to build confidence. I NEVER use punishments or 'corrections' when an animal does something I do not like: my interactions/interventions with animals are always force-free and reward-based, with their welfare at the forefront of everything I do <3 Thanks for reading! :)

Safety, trust & environment
On dog walks, I keep dogs on a lead at all times unless we're in a safely enclosed area. I also have a spare long lead so your dog can have a bit more of a run/sniff around :) I aim to take dogs to green spaces for lots of sniffs and mental stimulation, and try to walk in quieter spots away from heavy traffic. I always carry a pocket full of yummy treats and toys so we have lots of fun :) At home, I follow the owner's directions accordingly, and keep to a familiar routine in order to minimise stress for your pet. I always take the same safety measures and behave responsibly as I would with one of my own pets.

I can't thank you enought Iris for her an amazing job and love for my kitties. Iris come in to my house every night for 2 weeks and gave lots of ententions and played to kitties, not just feed and clean litter. I have received photos and videos every night, and seen that my both cats are very happy and not stressing at all. After I back home, for next few nights my kitties was sitting on the window sill and was waiting for Iris ❤️ I highly recommend Iris if you want to leave your loved ones with no stress, she does her job with big love 💕
I've booked Iris twice now to check in on my cat Ettie. I love the daily written updates, pictures of Ettie eating and playing and occasional videos! I really felt like my cat was being looked after and bonded with (even after some initial shyness on the cats part). It put my mind at ease while I was away and I'd be very happy to recommend/book Iris again.
Iris watched my cat Tommy and 3 guinea pigs for a week. She was amazing, I had daily updates including photos and videos and she cared for my pets so well. Couldn't have asked for better, will be booking again :))
Just want to say how amazing Iris has been with Jet! We wouldn’t trust anyone else with him now, her updates are fab and we look forward to receiving them everyday! Thank you so much again🐈⬛
