I’ve cared for animals throughout my life, from the cats, dogs, chickens, cows, and rabbits at my relatives’ homestead to my own two cats and Siberian husky today. My experience includes caring for recurring dog-walking clients and working with pets of different sizes, personalities, and comfort levels. I’m especially comfortable with large dogs, shy or sensitive pets, and animals who need patience before they feel secure. I also volunteer spending time with and socializing cats at the Lincoln County Humane Society. Living with a husky and two cats has taught me that every animal communicates differently. I pay close attention to body language, routines, comfort levels, and the small signals that tell me what a pet needs. I use calm, positive handling and never force interaction with an animal who needs more time or space. I offer dog walks and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. Depending on your pet’s needs and normal routine, I can provide walks, playtime, meals, fresh water, litter-box care, medications according to your instructions, and companionship. Most importantly, I care for pets as individuals rather than simply completing a checklist. My goal is for them to feel safe, understood, and comfortable while you are away.

I provide walks and drop-in care in your pet’s own familiar environment. Before the first booking, I’ll learn about their routine, personality, household rules, feeding instructions, walking habits, and any medical or behavioral concerns. I follow your instructions carefully, respect your home, and double-check doors and gates before leaving. I’ll also send an update after each visit so you know how your pet is doing and what we did together.

Irina is a fantastic dog sitter and walker. She has a tremendous bond with our Siberian Husky Link. She is also an excellent command trainer for Link as well I would recommend Irina to anyone who needs a sitter or walker

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate daytime dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I can often adjust my availability for recurring visits, occasional care, and advance bookings, including some weekends. Because I manage my own schedule, I’m able to give each visit the time and attention it deserves rather than squeezing pet care into an already packed day.
