I’ve owned and taken care of dogs more than half my life. They are family and should be treated as such. I use a gentle approach and we will make sure we are the right fit before committing to a stay.

Irene is a life saver. Shermie was having a tough time and she hopped over to see him. They have a great friendship. He loves seeing her. And she’s so good to him!!
Irene was just wonderful with our pup Guthrie. Guthrie has seperation anxiety and gets a little jittery around other dogs initially (thanks, COVID!) but she was patient with him. Once he settled in, he had a great day lounging on her porch and hanging with her dog. (Irene sent us load of pictures). Guthrie came home relaxed and tired. Irene will be our go-to from now on!
We highly recommend Irene & Goldie’s house. Our beagle, Sam, had a great day with them. Irene & Goldie are both very welcoming & kind. Kirsten & Bill

Schedule
I currently work from home with our fur baby Goldie. We go for walks or hang out in the AC, or by the warm fire. Offering play and enrichment throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard, plenty of doggie beds, treats and tons of affection. A super friendly medium sized dog named Goldie and a fast moving 9 year old daughter. Must be dog and kid friendly. No cats in home.

A typical day
Going for Walks, hikes, toys and occasional water play. As well as pets and affection and plenty of comfy places to nap inside and out.
