Hi there! I’m Irene a Vet-Tech of 11 years turned into SAHM. We live with our two sweet cats and a 1.5yr old toddler so we’re used to having a full (and slightly chaotic) house. My husband also WFH so your pet will rarely be alone! My experience in the vet field has really shaped the way I care for animals: gently, patiently, and always with their comfort and safety in mind. I’m comfortable with all personalities, from shy and anxious to energetic and goofy. I can also handle pretty much any medical needs your pet might have such as medications, injections, SQ fluids, nail trims, ear cleanings, eye/ear meds, even bandage changes. I know how stressful it can be to leave your babies, especially if they need extra care, and I want you to feel completely at ease. I send detailed updates throughout the day, along with so many photos and videos you may run out of storage. There will be no surprises about how your fur babies are doing :) If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely caring, this EG vet tech auntie would love to help you. Irene and her family were beyond fabulous. First time using Rover and wow did we luck out by finding this family. Irene was a vet tech before becoming a stay at home mom which made me feel very comfortable since our dog is a diabetic and needs insulin injections twice a day. But after meeting her and her family, her experience didn’t even matter because I could see the love. She sent me texts every morning and evening with adorable pictures of their little one and my dog. I almost felt jealous!!! I absolutely recommend this family to watch your pet, whatever your needs may be. You’ll be lucky to have them!!!
Irene is a certified cat bestie! From her patients at work to her pet sitting clients she makes sure her furry friends are comfortable and happy. When she looked after my kitty Felix she was great at engaging him in play and giving him his favorite head scritches. I could tell through her ample pictures and videos that he was always happy to see her. She's my go to if I ever have to leave my baby ❤️

I follow instructions to the dot. I am very detail oriented and insightful. I am constantly on look out to make sure your pets are safe and happy. I am an open book & love to give advice to pet owners because at the end of the day, a happy healthy pet is a happy life.

A typical day
I go based on the pets needs. If you pet needs to run then we’ll get the wiggles out but if they want to rest, a snuggle sesh is offered. 🫶🏼
