Iren and her husband were fantastic with my two little miniature dachshunds. It helped a lot that she has experience with dachshunds, as she has one herself. This is a very loving home where I felt safe leaving my babies. I have never left my dogs with a pet sitter before so I was very anxious and she made me feel completely comfortable. The moment my dogs walked into their house, they made themselves at home and seemed very happy. She sent many pictures and videos and the dogs ate as normal. That means they were not anxious whatsoever. I'm very grateful, thank you, Iren and Steve ❤️❤️❤️. Highly recommended.
Iren is absolutely wonderful. Brady loves her. She plays with him as well as long walks. He is exhausted when we get home but that is great! We have used Iren many times and can’t say enough good things about her.

Schedule
I’m retired now with all the time in the world to spend with our rescue Dachshund, Remi while my husband works part-time. My husband and I like to stay active with our young dog and my daughter’s medium size dog. Staying active is number one to keep us healthy and in a good shape, so your best friend will have long walks on the several paths around our house, playing chase with our dog. We have a townhouse so our schedule starts at 5:30am with the first potty break, ending late night with the longest 1.5 hr walk around the lovely neighborhood. We keep your dogs schedule just like at home and follow your direction whatever that might be to make sure they are comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a small fenced front yard but we prefer to walk the dogs and let them run on a very long training leash or fenced park. We follow your directions on that. Note: please bring snacks they like and pee pads for the puppies. I can provide all those for an additional $5 however. Bring their favourite toy and bed for staying overnight to make them as comfortable as possible. Day care beyond 8.5 hrs has an extra charge of $4. We are a healthy food household so any furry friends will get the low calorie healthy treats when they give us the “puppy eye”. We don’t believe crates are necessary so all pets get some training on healthy boundaries, rewarded with healthy snacks and cuddles on the couch, gates are used to restrict them from getting into trouble. Our dog is 1 year old and loves to play, with a companion they will make each other tired by the end of the day. He gets along great with our daughters pitbull mix, we have lots of experience with her too. So size and breed doesn’t matter to us, we love them all. We deal with anxious dogs, fearful dogs, and take care of them with great patience. We are the dependable and warm sitters you both would love to return to. We only require all dogs to have updated vaccinations, flea and tick free, and dewormed.

A typical day
I like to stimulate the dogs with scent games, hide and seek indoors if the weather is too chilly and tire them out on our long walks on the nearby parks, weather permitted.
