I was pleased with Ionna service. When I delivered my dog (Bluey) I was nervous until I got there and Witnessed his actions with her. I received updates during that time. When I returned for the pick up, of course he was glad to see me. I could tell he was well taken care of. I will use her again!!!!

Our dogs are okay but we had some issues. There was a big disconnect in communication starting from when she would arrive at the house. We were told 1 45, then when that time came and went we reached out and were told it would be later. We had to leave so we kenneled the dogs and based on our doorbell, she arrived around 2:40. We then saw on our doorbell camera that she would leave for hours at a time. When we spoke she told me she didn't have any work that weekend and would be able to house sit. She would come back to check on the dog once during the day but would only stay for 5-10min max. Knowing my dogs, that's not enough time for them to be let out. She also had her child spend the night which is fine, but we should've been asked first. We were never asked if our dogs are good with other kids. We would've said yes, but again it's the lack of communication. We also came back to poop and vomit being on the floors in our house which leads me back to they were not let out enough. For spending $300, we expected a little more care for our dogs. The bare minimum was given.

We specialize in boarding, daycare, and drop-in visits, so your pup will instantly become a part of our routine. We don't have a fenced yard, but we do have a massive open field perfect for leashed exploration, long-line fetch, and active outdoor time! Whether socializing with my dog, playing with my child, or running in the field, your pup will be safe, happy, and loved.

Pet care is a natural part of our daily family life. As a working parent who is also in school, our home operates on a reliable, structured routine built around my baby's schedule and my daily commitments. My school schedule is about to become much busier, I am highly focused on managing my time effectively. Please note that I may not always be able to respond to text messages immediately while I am in class or focused on work, but I will always check in and provide updates as soon as I am free! Because our days are busy, your pup will get a highly active experience—on days when I am completely washed with school or work activities, I often bring my guest pets along with me so they get extra socialization, stimulation, and real-world fun! My Care Standards: Boarding & Daycare (In My Home): Guest pets enjoy supervised playtime with my dog, kid-friendly interactions, and leashed outdoor exercise in our large open field. All guest dogs must be friendly with children and other pets. House Sitting (In Your Home): My house sitting service is primarily an overnight stay focused on evening companionship and morning routines, supplemented by a reliable midday check-in rather than constant 24/7 care. Drop-In Visits: I provide reliable, structured check-in blocks tailored around my daily routine to ensure consistent potty breaks, meals, and companionship in your pet's own home.I prioritize clear communication, strict safety, and a predictable routine for every pet in my care!

Your pet will enjoy a fun, active, and fully socialized experience while staying with us: Park Outings: Guest dogs regularly tag along with my son and me to local parks for long walks, fresh air, and fun outdoor exploration. Long-Line Fetch: We utilize our massive open field for safe, high-energy games of fetch and chase on a secure long-line leash. Real-World Companion: On busy days, your pet joins us for car rides and outdoor errands, getting great real-world exposure and changes of scenery. Family Comfort: Guest pets enjoy a bustling, affectionate home environment with plenty of supervised playtime alongside my own friendly pet.

- To ensure the safety of my child, my own pet, and your dog, please confirm the following details before we book a stay: Kid & Dog Friendly: Your pet will be around my child and my personal dog, so they must be fully socialized and completely comfortable around kids and other animals. Leash Manners: We utilize a large, open field for exercise rather than a fenced yard, so your dog must be secure and cooperative on a leash or long-line. House Trained & Independent: Pets must be fully house-trained and comfortable being left safely alone in the home during brief periods when I am handling school or work commitments. Travel Comfort: Because pets sometimes join me on busy activity days, please let me know if your dog enjoys car rides and transitions well to new environments.
