Hi! I’m Mayte: a responsible university student and lifelong pet lover who grew up surrounded by dogs and cats. As a dog mom myself, I truly understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can fully trust. I’ll care for your dog (or cat!) with the same patience, attention, and affection I’d give my own. Since I’m currently studying abroad, I live alone in an apartment (my dog Bobby is back home with my mom), so I’m able to give your pet lots of attention in a safe and quiet environment. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I always focus on consistency and helping them feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m an active person who loves cycling and running, and since I live near Flevopark, I’m happy to take dogs on walks depending on their energy level. I follow instructions carefully (feeding, medication, and walking habits) and always keep owners updated with messages and photos. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away :).

Mayte did such a wonderful job taking care of our dog Maisie! She was super kind, had very open communication, and always made sure Maisie was happy and at ease. We highly recommend her for house sitting.
Mayte was very lovely and you can see she really cares about animals. She was very attentive and communicative.
Ingrid was great! We had a nice meet and greet session followed by a walk. Our shepherd Kaiser is a big boy and he can sometimes be reactive, so we require someone who is calm and firm with him. Ingrid calm and patient with him in our initial meeting, and was able to confidently follow our handling guidelines with him and he responded very well to her. Very happy with how it's going, and we're looking forward to seeing how they continue to bond!
Mayte was incredibly kind and patient with our dog, who was anxious at first. She helped her feel safe and comfortable, and kept us updated throughout, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciated her care and communication and would happily trust her again.

Programa
I’m available most of the time throughout the week, as my schedule is quite flexible. I enjoy spending time at home and I also like going for walks, so I can easily adapt my day to your pet’s needs like regular potty breaks, feeding, playtime, or longer walks.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in the owner’s home, I make sure the environment stays clean, calm, and pet-safe. I follow the pet’s routine closely, keep doors and windows secure, remove anything potentially harmful, and always supervise them carefully. In the owner’s home, I respect the space, follow the rules the pet is used to, and keep everything tidy. I also keep owners updated regularly with messages and cute photos.
Un día normal
I like to start the day with a walk or potty break, followed by breakfast and some quiet time so pets feel settled and comfortable. Throughout the day, I include playtime, attention, and breaks depending on their needs and energy level. I also enjoy enrichment activities like simple games and basic training reinforcement (if needed), and I always make sure they’re fed on schedule and end the day relaxed, safe, and cared for.
