The ROK Dog Camp

Is your dog home alone all day? Are you leaving town ? Let me help. Every dog is different so I give them specialized service. If you have a dog who is old, sensitive, or really tiny, I am very familiar and give them the attention and sense of feeling safe that they crave.. I have a special connection with all animals. I've learned that even the dogs who cant get around very well, they still DO like to be part of the day's activities and I make it as easy as I can for them. I have have 5 dogs, 2 are seniors who lay around all day. The other 3 are very social and love to play. I usually introduce them one at a time so they can say hi to each other one on one. I never leave them alone. So far, it's been a good socializing exprience for all of the dogs involved.....so you let me know what it is that your dog needs. They all deserve to have a happy life! We live on a farm, so we (the dogs and I) go in and out all day long. I believe dogs are usually a reflection of who they spend time with. Calm owner, calm dog...Happy owner, happy dog. It's my mission to help with that as much as I can. ** Drop in visits are $35.00 for 1 hour. $2.00 per dog after that. If you want me to take them on a leashed walk, no extra charge. Puppies are charged as a regular dog- no extra fee.. If you also have cats who need a little attention, their litterbox cleaned and to be fed/watered, - $5.00. ** I (usually) take one client at a time (unless I know the dogs)... .

Ingrid always goes above and beyond in caring for our menagerie of dogs. She cares for our brood as if they were her own.

Ingrid was great. She happened to be in our area so offered to pick up our dog since she was near by. Bailey slept with her in the bed too. Right where he’s used to sleeping.

Outstanding service. Our puppy had such a great time with Ingrid and her “crew”. It was such a relief to see pictures of our Gracie having a great vacation while we were on ours. I will be happy to use Ingrid again.

Schedule

Our day usually starts when the sun comes up. Its a happy time when everyone is let out to play. Ill usualy work in the yard for a while, while the dogs explore, play, roll around or just lay in the morning sun...or all of the above. We come in and eat breakfast and everyone will usually take a few naps while I work inside. We go outside every hour or so, but as the day gets hotter, our outside activities get shorter....uness your dog(s) like to play in the sprinkler system- then we play in the water. My days revolve around the dogs. They play alot, while I dig ditches...lol It's a dog's life.

Pets

A typical day

I listen to every dog I meet and find out what it is they like to do. They're all different. Some like to play hard and some like to sleep all day. Some like to play, and THEN sleep all day. Some dont like to be alone, some would rather be alone. Some love the water, some hate the water. I connect with them all and give them whatever it is they love...and they all get lots of attention. I never leave them alone, ever!
