My first cat was when I was 5 years old and a black and white stray kitten was found in a bush in our front yard! I named him Oreo and I felt so blessed to finally care for my first cat. I’ve always been a cat lover as early as I can remember. The only books I checked out at the children’s library were cat-care books, much to my parents’ dismay. Fast forward 15 years and I can proudly say I’m a cat lover and also an animal lover. My dog Odie loves cats just like me and I think that says a lot. (Yes maybe I converted him into a cat-lover too). My philosophy is that all animals innately deserve the best care, and I would love to contribute to that care as best I can. Cats are one of the most misunderstood creatures, and if everyone could truly understand what it’s like to see the love and intelligence in cats, everyone would be so much less grouchy. With a lifetime of experience caring for cats and animals, I promise to bring my utmost compassion, respectfulness, and patience when it comes to caring for your cat. This comes on top of countless experience cleaning litter boxes, approaching cats calmly and gently, administering oral medication and eye care, engaging in a playful session of “catch”, and just showing them that everything is A okay. I’m here to be just another part of their chill cat routine, and most importantly making sure both cat and owner have their needs met!
