I currently work from home teaching women about horse in private sessions and groups. I will be starting school in the fall but just not here Thursday and Friday.

Dogs are free and have a dog door. I do keep the dog door closed when there is excessive heat and I take them out every few hours.

Please let me know any behavioral challenges your dog(s) may have so they can have the best experience. Vaccination records required. I am also happy to give any meds or snacks/food your dog would like. Just pack what you would like them to have with instructions included.
A typical day
We have a 3 bed house where dogs can be on the furniture if you allow that at your house (let me know if not and they can have beds on the floor). Our yard has room to run and play as well as a pool. Dogs have a dog door but will always be supervised. If you would like your dog to have an additional walk/run, that can be arranged, as we live in a quiet area where there are safe neighborhood trails and culdesacs with low traffic.

I have had animals and been a professional horse trainer/riding instructor for decades. I have had up to 8 foster dogs in the house at once. I am very intuitive and know what the animals are saying. I have a medical background and am great with any medical care. I have 4 rescue horses. I teach Horsewomanship classes in my backyard barn. I have 2 rescue doggies from PACC. One is a 10 yr old male hound/lab mix that loves dogs and the other is a 1.5 yr old female cattledog/pocket pit who is fine with dogs and submissive. I am super safety conscious and will separate dogs as I see fit so they are happy and have the space they need. I had an ancient blind poodle from PACC I got as an oldie and had to syringe food and water into his mouth multiple times a day. I very much enjoy the pups that are special needs and would be able to separate them as needed. We do have a pool in case some like to swim. However we can close off the dog door and have kennels, rooms, etc. in order to make sure safety is the number one priority. On the safety conversation. I can handle most dogs. I have even had dogs with behavioral issues. I however will need to know upfront of any past issues so that can be addressed and managed to keep everyone safe.

Inge took care of my high-energy collie while my crew and I shuttled the Lemon Drop mountain bike ride. The location was PERFECT as she lives right next to the bottom of La Milagrosa. AND my pup was so happy there, she sent pic updates, had ample room for play/exercise in the backyard, and an entire indoor room devoted to the doggos. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely reach out to Inge the next time we do a MTB ride or climb-day on Mt Lemon that is too long for our pup to join!
Inge is one of the most intuitive animal people I have ever met... she seems to understand the complexity of caring for my 20 year old dog (yes.. 20 yr old pooch) and is very detail oriented in ensuring that the medications are given and at the right times in the right amounts. My dog took to her immediately and that doesn't happen often. She had the patience to hand feed her when needed (she's is a picky eater) and that has been a major issue in the past with other sitters. Im very happy with her care and obviously can recommend her as I trust the life of my elderly companion to her on a regular basis.
Inge has a heart of pure gold and I guarantee she will treat your fur babies as her own. She creates an incredible environment where your pets will be loved and will thrive. She is the consummate professional and most importantly trustworthy, responsive, and responsible. I knew immediately Inge would be a perfect fit for my 4 x fur babies. Inge gives me peace of mind that my babies will be given the same attention and care that I provide for them.
Inge is a true pet whisperer. She really understands the unique language and needs of animals. She is loving and kind but also has appropriate boundaries so animals are safe and secure. She is also great at understanding health and wellness needs of the animals and devising natural remedies and care.
