Pet care experience
Senior & Specialist Pet Care
I bring over two decades of hands-on animal care, including raising Rottweilers from puppyhood and 20 years as primary carer for a senior cat — so I'm equally confident with high-energy breeds and the specific needs of ageing pets (mobility, medication timing, quiet routines). I take on a limited number of pets at a time so each one gets my full, undivided attention — no rushed visits, no split focus. Care is tailored to the individual: puppy training and exercise management for young dogs, or gentle, low-stress routines for seniors with health needs, including medication administration and monitoring for changes in behaviour. Clients can expect reliable, detail-oriented care: consistent timing, clear updates, and a calm, experienced presence their pets settle into quickly. I treat every animal as I would my own — with the judgement that comes from real, long-term experience, not just enthusiasm.

Ineta took such wonderful care of our Bernese, Fred-Franklin. She was so kind and lovely, super proactive in communication and went above and beyond to look after our guy and make everything as convenient as possible. Thank you, Ineta!

Really happy with Ineta’s care of both my doggies! Provided regular updates and pictures of happy doggies ! They enjoyed it and that’s what counts🐶🐶
Ineta looked after our dog Molly for 4 days over the bank holiday. It’s the first time we had left her with someone using this app, and I was a little apprehensive at first, especially as Molly is reactive to other dogs. However, I was drawn to Ineta’s profile due to her experience, passion and love for dogs. Ineta’s communication is excellent and during the meet & greet she immediately put me at ease and reassured me about her walks and gave me confidence that Molly would be well looked after in her lovely home. She kept me updated with how Molly was settling in and sent photos via the app too. It was clear Molly felt right at home with Ineta and enjoyed her home from home stay! I would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
My schedule is structured around reliability and consistency, so your pets get the same familiar, comforting presence every visit — never a rushed or rotating routine. I maintain a balanced lifestyle with yoga, long walks, and time for reading, which keeps me centred and fully present when I'm with your pets. Long walks are a regular part of my week — a great fit for adventurous strolls or gentle walks, depending on what your dog enjoys. I treat exercise and playtime as a genuine priority, not an afterthought, so your pets get consistent, attentive care that adapts to their individual needs.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Whether I'm caring for pets in my own home or in yours, safety, comfort, and consistency are my priority. In My Home: I live in a calm, secure, terraced house with a fully fenced garden, giving pets safe outdoor space alongside a comfortable indoor environment. I'm home and available during the day, so pets get constant companionship rather than long stretches alone. I set up designated spaces for rest and play, and take care to make the transition into a new environment feel calm and reassuring rather than overwhelming. In Your Home: I keep to your pet's existing routine as closely as possible — same feeding times, same walks, same habits — so there's minimal disruption to their normal life. In both settings, I build trust gradually, letting each pet acclimate at their own pace, and I keep owners updated regularly so you have peace of mind while you're away.
A typical day
I focus on stimulating your dog both physically and mentally, not just tiring them out. A typical day includes games, exploring new sights and smells, and a good walk in a nearby park to keep them engaged and happy. For senior dogs, I adjust the pace accordingly — gentler walks, more rest, and activities suited to their comfort and mobility. For younger, more energetic dogs, I make sure they get enough stimulation to feel genuinely satisfied, not just walked. Either way, the goal is the same: your dog goes home happy, settled, and well cared for.
