I’m super grateful that Indira could come last minute over the holidays so we didn’t have to cancel our trip after taking in an emergency foster that didn’t have a warm place to sleep at night. She faithfully agreed to house sit as well because of the dogs serious separation anxiety. I especially love coming home to a clean house just as I left it. Indira, you’re a lifesaver and we appreciate you so much!

I booked with Indira for a Monday & Thursday walk for my puppy from 12-12:30. She showed up Monday, but Thursday while at work I had realized it was 1pm and there had been no update. I then messaged her and around 1:15 she let me know she couldn’t make to the appointment that was book an hour ago. I then asked why she did not message me to let me know of the change and she just said sorry.. I am not having to leave work in the middle of the day to go home to walk my puppy. I do not recommend booking based on her experience of letting a dog get attacked at a dog park and then completely neglecting a puppy and not notifying anyone.

Indira came in clutch for an emergency situation where my pup got sick the night before I had to go to work. I am a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. I could not find anyone to help me last minute. I could tell True felt so comfortable with Indira!

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the experience I had with Indira. I trusted her with my beloved dog, providing clear and specific instructions to ensure his safety and well-being. She completely disregarded these instructions by taking him to a dog park without my permission, bringing him to her home without my consent, and taking my key fob without returning it to the front desk. Worse, my dog was attacked by another dog while under her care. She didn't inform me until one business day later, when the wound had worsened, becoming inflamed and infected. As a result, my dog ended up in the vet hospital with a deep wound that required immediate attention, resulting in a $1,300 medical bill. She made it seem like the cut was small when the doctors mentioned it was so deep it had to be drained in two separate appointments. My dog, who has never been attacked or involved in a fight, now has to wear a cone for the next three weeks. Throughout this ordeal, her communication was terrible. She failed to take any accountability for her actions and refused to contribute to the vet expenses. She claimed she didn't know the other dog's owner, nor did she get any information about them. Although she could identify the attacking dog as a Labrador, she couldn't provide any details about the owner, suggesting she was either not paying proper attention to my dog or lying about the situation. She also misled me about the location of the injury, saying it was on his shoulder when the vet said it was near his chest, suggesting the Labrador had my dog on his back during the attack. The vet even mentioned the need for X-rays due to potential internal injuries. This entire situation took a huge toll on me while on vacation. I was so worried about my dog the whole trip, and my family had to come and get him immediately after she finally informed me of the incident. Shockingly, she continued to take him to the park the next day, sending me pictures as if everything was fine. I felt manipulated, lied to, and completely distrusting of Indira and Rover as a result. Indira claimed she took my dog to her home because he was sad and she didn’t want to leave him alone, but the real reason was likely to conceal his injury. She played the victim and made the situation about herself, showing no helpfulness at all. I literally cried on vacation. This negligence and lack of responsibility are absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Indira for pet care to think twice. Her lack of professionalism, disregard for pet safety, and disrespect for the owner's instructions have caused significant stress and financial burden. Do not trust her with your pets.

Indira was wonderful! She went above and beyond with my Siggy boy. She also kept my house clean as she found it. She’s a great house/dog sitter and we will definitely be having her back very soon. Thank you so much!

Indira,recommended by a friend, for my post knee replacement when I couldn’t walk my way too energetic boys. I was very impressed with Indira’s ability to bond and manage my guys. Good Spanish/English a plus so I worried less. I’d use her for overnight care with no hesitation.
