I grew up on a farm, where caring for animals was simply part of everyday life. From livestock and horses to dogs, cats, birds, and small animals, I learned early that every animal has its own personality and needs. Today, I also share my home with exotic pets (ferrets) which has given me experience with specialized care, enrichment, and close attention to health and behavior. Whether your pet is young, energetic, shy, or enjoys a slower pace, I provide patient, attentive care tailored to their routine. I'll follow your instructions carefully, treat your pet like family, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

When caring for pets in your home, I'll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, potty breaks, and any special preferences or restrictions. I understand that staying in a familiar environment helps many pets feel more relaxed while you're away, so I strive to keep their routine as normal as possible. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own, ensure doors and gates remain secure, use leashes and harnesses as directed, and always keep a close eye on your pet's well-being. You'll receive regular photo and text updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, happy, and receiving attentive, dependable care.

She has cared for our dog, cat, goats, and chickens, and we truly couldn’t ask for anyone better to care for our critters. Knowing India is there gives us incredible peace of mind when we’re away. India knows how difficult they are for our Great Pyrenees and has gone above and beyond, spending extra time with her to make sure she feels as safe and comfortable as possible. Most recently, while we were out of town, one of our goats managed to pull a bungee cord off his feeder and stepped on the hook, piercing his hoof. India contacted us right away and didn’t hesitate to step in. She carefully removed the hook, cleaned his hoof, and made sure he was okay, checking it each day until we returned. That’s the kind of care India provides—attentive, compassionate, dependable, and willing to handle the unexpected. She doesn’t just “check on” our animals; she genuinely cares about them. We trust her completely and recommend her without hesitation. You truly won’t find a better person to care for your animals!
