Nia was absolutely incredible. She made Jambi comfortable and was super accommodating especially when my flight back to Albany was delayed. Her home is so accommodating for dogs and Jambi was happy with her. She sent video updates frequently and let me know exactly what he was up to. I was so pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend her.
She is amazing ! She was very understanding and attentive with my dog. She kept me updated on his well doing every step of the way and even offered to groom. I 1000% recommend her ! My dog will not be going anywhere else but to her from hence forth .

Schedule
Pet Care & Grooming fits into the daily routine. Be happy to schedule your booking ANYTIME for an service and a reply would be there for you as soon as possible if not immediately. Meet & Greets: 10am - 6pm. Must requests outside of the hours. Our goal is to be as flexibility with scheduling much as possible for you. Consideration and understanding to flight delays, traffic and unexpected weather conditions. Late fee for Dropoffs: $0 Late fee for Pickup : $5 per hour after 60mins of scheduled pickup time. Providing an hour to be late due any unforseen delay. It is best to keep in communication once booking is scheduled.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, trust and keeping a very clean cozy environment is the best way to provide great service. In the home there are no kennels, crates or gates you would have to provide one if necessary. There are only couches for them to roll all over on and plenty of space to play around or rest. During the meet & greet I hope you both would appreciate the effort while enjoy the cozy homey atmosphere. At the pups home, the goal is to follow all the given directions precisely while still attending to the comfort, trust and needs of the pup their home throughout the booking.
A typical day
Being very affectionate, curious and active I enjoy interacting and keeping engagement with each pup. By providing alot of playtime, jogs and or just simply lounging around. Avoiding any stress and anxiety. What ever makes your pup the most comfortable and enjoying themselves.
