Imogen looked after my qualified assistance dog for 4 days whilst I was diving. Such a caring young lady always putting the dog first. Pre service meet and greet which was very professional to make sure my dog was comfortable when picking him up. Imogen was punctual and flexible. I had photos and videos of every meeting. Imogen chose locations appropriate to learn how my dog begaved and after agreei g with me Imogen let my dog spend time with hers. This was really important to me as my dog loves other canine company. A true independent character who provides a kind, professional service in her own way, that's something that I really value. Thank you. I spent two years being trained how to train my own assistance dog with support from a charity and learnt how to handle myself...I complete my own assistance dog international assessments with my dog. You cannot handle any dog without true love for them as they are. Imogen has put herself forward voluntarily to handle your dog. I just needed to know if Imogen would love my dog for four days. Think about it, thats a pretty big ask. My boy is trained not to leave me. He left me for Imogen when I asked him. I think that says it all really.

Imogen was professional and showed an enormous amount of genuine care for my puppy, Mabel. She kept in touch throughout the evening with photos and videos which were brilliant. Thank you so much.

Imogen was excellent with my GSP. 2 walks over 2 days whilst we were holidaying locally and Imogen took a huge amount of care to make sure the walks were suitable and she tailored the second walk to one that my dog would really enjoy (lots of sniffing opportunities!) Will absolutely use again when we're in the area. Would highly recommend.

Imogen is a polite and amazing with dogs and very well educated answering any questions I may have , would trust her completely with any off my dogs and too dog sit in my house.
