I work around you and your needs. My full time ‘day job’ allows me to work from home so I can do drop ins or stay with your pet all day. I have regular breaks and love walking so your pet will be sure to get enough exercise. On weekends, I tend to take my dogs for a big walk, somewhere a bit different with new smells for them and I’d be more than happy to do this for your dog too.

I know everyone has their own way of doing things so I aim to keep to the same routine that you normally do with your pets to limit the disruption for them. I enjoy getting to know your pet(s) and you in advance of the booking - whether that’s over message or face to face. I take great care in learning the dogs likes / dislikes as well as your usual daily / weekly routine so I can mirror this whilst you’re away.

If you could let me know as much info as possible in advance of the booking, this will enable me to take the best care of your animals whilst you’re away. I can also send updates via message / text and provide images too so you know exactly how we are getting on.
A typical day
I love going on big walks and these vary from the hills to something a bit more flat. I’m more than happy to play with the dog(s) too if they have a favourite toy whilst they’re on a walk. Mine personally love a ball and a frisbee to play with. I’m used to carrying a rucksack on these walks with all the supplies we could need e.g. water, treats, poo bags, toys, wipes etc.

Pet care experience
I’m proud of the work I do on Rover and I treat your pet and home as if they were my own whilst in my care ❤️ I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. When I was younger, I had cats and they lived a mighty life to 19 and 15. Losing my boy, Leo, is actually what kickstarted my work on Rover as I found it strange not being around animals for the first time in my life. For the past almost 8 years we’ve also had two Cockapoo’s who are spoilt rotten! I’m very used to caring for their needs daily; feeding and walking them, sticking to their (busy) routines. I also volunteer at various rescue centres and I’m grateful that I’m in a position that enables me to be able to give a little bit back.

Imogen stepped in at short notice to look after my dog, Rolo, while I travelled to London for a meeting, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She’s absolutely lovely, very reliable, and clearly cares about the dogs she looks after. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Rolo was in such good hands. I really appreciate her help and would happily recommend her to anyone!
This was the first time leaving my dog Del and I couldn’t be happier with the care and peace of mind Imogen provided. She sent regular updates and the cutest photos. We cannot recommend Imogen enough, she is amazing! Imogen kept us updated with lovely photos and kept the house immaculate. We felt so comfortable leaving Paddington with Imogen! Imogen is Paddington’s new favourite person 🤍
We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care Bailey received! Immy made the whole experience stress free from start to finish. She took wonderful care of Bailey, making sure she came first and felt happy and comfortable the entire time. She truly put Bailey first, always attentive to her needs and routine. We recieved regular updates, which helped put our minds at ease while we were away. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind she gave us and care she gave Bailey. Will definitely book her again.
