There are so many trails and parks in this part of Northern Virginia. I am also an avid explorer and am often looking for nature like places to go on adventures with my or other's pups rather than walking in my neighborhood or going to dog parks. I enjoy going on long walks to make sure the dogs get the exercise they need.

Pet care experience
I have owned dogs of all sizes all my life. I grew up with German Shepherds as well as Maltese dogs and learned how to take care of different breeds since I was a kid. I currently have a Dachshund whom I take for daily walks to the park every day for 30-60 minutes depending on the weather, I had my dachshund since he was 10 weeks young so I have experience with puppies so I am comfortable with dogs of all ages. I also had the chance to take in an older dog until her last days so all of these experiences have made me comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes and personalities.

This was our first time using a dogsitter. And I'm so glad we picked Ilsen! We have a rambunctious puppy, that i was worried would be a lot of work. Especially as she is deaf. Ilsen took everything in stride, helped us with our adaptations into her home, and was very communicative through the app. When she had a question she didnt hesitate to ask and implemented our responses. We ended up with a puppy that while super happy to come home, was also comfortable during her stay.
She took care as her own pet
Ilsen has done several visits to take care of my dog and she's been awesome! Lots of communication and very friendly. She's been great.
