I work part-time. I have a flexible schedule. I'm open to having dogs in my house throughout the week and some weekends, if needed, and also just walks.

I don't have a fenced yard. However, I will be with them out in my yard to assure a safe environment. I'll take them hiking or for walks around my area. They are welcome inside my house to sleep and rest.

Important information for me to know about a dog ahead of time: - Is he dog-friendly? - is he Kid-friendly? -Does he have a special diet? - Does he have any particular fears? - Is it a food-motivated dog? - Does the dog like to swim? - he takes any specific medication. -His favorite toys and favorite treats. -If he walks well on a leash. -if he does well in an open environment (meaning that he won't run away if he is not on a leash outdoors ) -If the dog is potty trained. -Eating habits.
Ein typischer Tag
I play fetch with dogs, teach them tricks, go on hikes around my area, and if it's a dog that likes to swim, I'll take him swimming. A special place I enjoy taking my dog for walks is Tyler pond, with few people and an excellent area for dogs. I also like using AllTrails App because it lets me see if it's a dog-friendly trail, the miles, and elevation gain during the hike, which is essential to know when you have different dogs' needs or kiddos.

Great communication beforehand and through the day, and then a delightful summary of the day when we picked Tessa up. We were especially grateful for Ilsa's willingness to keep Tessa into the evening so we could have dinner with relatives some distance away.

Ilsa is amazing with my dog! She and her family were patient and loving, and gave my dog lots of attention and play time. Ilsa gave me several updates and photos throughout the day. I definitely trust her with my dog and will be returning when I need doggy daycare!
Ilsa is wonderful with dogs! She nurtures and cares for her own shelter dog and is amazing aunt to our pup. She is attentive, organized and dependable and will provide your dog with fun, nurturing and all around great care.
