Ilona looked after our little dog Heidi, who is elderly, blind, and anxious, and we were delighted by her reliability and professionalism. We received many photos and videos throughout Heidi’s stay, which reassured us greatly. She is also a very kind, warm, and caring person who genuinely looks after the animals entrusted to her. Ilona was the perfect dog sitter for us! Elmer is a young and very energetic labrador and can be challenging to care for but Ilona was super knowledgeable, professional and happy to cater to his needs! He got lots of attention, good walks and play time and was really happy in her care. Ilona is AMAZING! I was a bit anxious about leaving my senior dog for a whole week, but she truly made everything so easy and stress-free. Aimy had such a great time, it honestly felt like she had her own little staycation! Ilona stayed at our place and left the house spotless. She sent regular updates throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. You can truly see how much she loves animals and how passionate she is about what she does. She is also a genuinely lovely person. Definitely will ask her to look after Aimy again. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation. 💛
Ilona is AMAZING! She cared for with our large dog and cat while we were away, and everything went absolutely perfectly! I usually feel quite anxious leaving our pets with someone else, but with Ilona I felt surprisingly calm and confident from the very beginning. She sent us lots of photos, videos and detailed text updates, which was wonderful and very reassuring. It was clear that Ilona truly loves what she does — she genuinely cares about pets, their comfort, she is really interested in their personalities and their individual needs. I have a personal list of questions because it’s important for me to understand your pet’s daily routine to minimize stress. I offer a spacious apartment with no other animals. Our home is smoke-free and quiet. Your pets will always be under supervision and care.

I follow the pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. A typical day includes feeding, playtime, cuddles, and any necessary care like grooming or administering medication. For fun activities, I engage pets with interactive toys, play fetch or chase (if they enjoy it), and provide plenty of affection and attention. I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and preferences to ensure they feel happy and loved.
