We had a good experience with Ila. She was reliable and kept us informed throughout the day which gave us so much peace of mind as this was our first time using Rover. From the pics she sent, we could see that our puppy was very happy and comfortable with her.

Ila was great. She sent a lot of pictures and videos of our Murphy, which of course makes us happy. She tried taking him to her house, but because Murphy is scared of wood floors, it didn't work out. So she brought him back home and checked on him throughout the weekend. When we returned home, we could tell he was well taken care of. Thank you Ila!

Ila was very responsive and took good care of my german shepard/ lab mix. Sent me lots of pictures which I appreciated.

Ila was great with my 7 months old German Shepherd puppy for house sitting. She sent photos of my dog and was very responsive. Definitely recommend her for your furbabies :)

Ila is a responsible and caring host who excels at communication. My dog comes back not just well-rested but also in a good mood. On our second visit, my dog was so excited that he bolted straight for her door—something he's never done with any other host. I can't recommend Ila highly enough.

Ila was amazing with our dog and cat while we were away for a few days. She sent pics everyday and we could tell how happy our animals were under her care. She's so accommodating and wonderful!
