I grew up with dogs (two schnauzers) and had them throughout my childhood until I was 16, so caring for and being around dogs has always felt natural to me. Since moving to the Netherlands, I’ve also dog-sat for friends several times, both here and while travelling. I really enjoy spending time with dogs, whether that means going for long walks, playing together, giving them attention, or simply keeping them company. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to adapt to each dog’s personality and routine. I’ve always had positive experiences caring for dogs and feel comfortable handling their everyday needs. I understand that every dog is different, and I’m happy to follow your instructions regarding walks, feeding, playtime, and any other routines that help your dog feel comfortable and at home.

I always want dogs to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I adapt walks to each dog’s personality and preferences, following their pace and avoiding situations that make them uncomfortable. At their home, I provide attention, play, regular bathroom breaks, and companionship. I follow the owner’s instructions and routine and pay attention to any changes in the dog’s wellbeing.

Nobody quiet matches the spirit (and mainly energy) of my 14 month old Malinois like Ignacio. Buddy comes home happy tired and ready for alone time!

Schedule
I’m currently looking for a part-time job, so I have quite a lot of flexibility during both weekdays and weekends. This allows me to give dogs plenty of attention and adapt to their individual routines and needs. I’m happy to arrange regular walks or provide care at your home when needed.
