Ignacio and his wife took great care of Franklin. Just the right level of communication and he came back a very happy dog. They live close to some of Merton’s best green spaces (just minutes away) which was perfect for our dog. Couldn’t recommend higher. Perfect sitters. 👍👍👍
Our black lab Hazel stayed with Ignacio and Lula for 10 days during July and they took great care of her. We received regular updates/photos/videos and Hazel looked very happy in all of them. During the hot days, they also adjusted the walking time to avoid her from getting heatstroke. We mistakenly provided less food than required and Ignacio showed great consideration by carefully checking the food needs with us. No issues, worry free sitting, definitely recommend Ignacio and Lula.
Ignacio and Ludmilla looked after Loki for over two weeks and did an amazing job! He seemed to settle very quickly and they obviously looked after him extremely well, and took great care of him. They asked for lots of information up front so they could make sure Loki was comfortable. We were sent lots of photos and updates during his stay and we could see Loki felt very at home with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we hope that Loki can stay with them again 😊
Igancio was amazing with our 13 year old Jackapoo! He was super responsive, took her out frequently and gave her so much attention. Defo recommend x
Ignacio and Ludmila have been wonderful with Zaky, they looked after him for 4 days and sent updates and photos every day. Zaky really enjoyed the time with them and all the walks in the sunshine 😁 we'll be looking at booking them in the future. Highly recommended 😁
Ignacio and his wife took amazing care of my puppy again. He came back happy, relaxed, and very well looked after. I also noticed a real improvement in his leash behaviour — he was walking nicely next to me after I picked him up, which was great to see. Highly recommend them!

Schedule
One of us works from home, which means there is always someone present to provide care and companionship. We are available during weekdays, weekends and holidays, offering flexibility and reassurance that your dog will never be left alone for long perioda.

We live in a quiet first-floor flat in a safe residential area, with a lovely green park just across the road for daily exercise and fresh air. Our home environment is calm, tidy and secure. We prioritise safety, consistency and clear communication with owners at all times.
A typical day
A typical day with us would include plenty of affection, gentle play and at least two daily walks in the beautiful park directly opposite our home. We adapt to each dog’s personality and rhythm, whether they enjoy lively games or calmer strolls. Above all, your companion will receive constant company, attention and warm
