Ievet is always a pleasure to deal with. She takes great care of my dog and my home.

Ievet does a great job of taking care of my dog, sends updates, and the house is always in better condition than when I left.

IEVET, We are not satisfied with your care of Roxie and Rascal. We are requesting a refund for breach of contract. We had two appointments with you, and we verbally discussed our concerns in regards to not leaving our sick and elderly dogs. You ensured us numerous times that you would not be leaving them and would stay with them while we were gone. We discussed how we don't leave them at night time especially, because all they do is bark when they are alone. We have videos of Rascal and Roxie barking because you are not home during their Dinner time, which was routinley between 4:30 AND 5:00. We have you on camera gone who know how long before 4:00pm to even up to being gone till 6:30pm and all they did was bark and were very restless and stressed until you came back and covered one of the cameras. We told you their routine many times. One time you were gone at night and you did not uncover the camera but we could hear them barking. We told you that we don't leave our dogs from dinner time on.... Broke our heart! We are beyond disappointed that you left them so many times especially after how you assured us you would not leave them. We even told you where the closest grocery store was 5 minutes away to make this simple. We would not have hired you if we knew you needed to leave them so often and not follow their routine, especially at dinner time and beyond..We told you that our last dog sitter said she would stay with them and we found that she left them alone...that is why we were interviewing you. You kept telling us you wouldn't leave our dogs. You would stay with them. We told you if you needed to get groceries or run an errand that their routine was to nap from 1 to 4...and that would be the best time if you needed to leave. If I had known you would be leaving them so often, I would never had hired you. We had told you their routine and you didn't honor this. We hired you so we could have a stress free vacation with our children and grandchildren. We didn't spy one you...We believed in our hearts that you would have followed our wishes. I had accidentally clicked the camera icon on my phone on November 14th and saw you were gone and watched how long you were gone. That's when Gerry confronted you if you were gone for the day? That's when you threw the contract we signed in our face...even though we had verbally told you and wrote out their routines and set our expectations and you reassured us you Would NOT be leaving them and if you did have to leave, you wouldnt be gone long... We paid you good money to stay and care for our dogs. Your availability on your Rover.com states you are reliable and at your service around the clock... 7 days a week from 7 to 8pm...and over nights. I expected this service! Safety, Trust & Environment...you said you would strictly adhere to any routines or schedules. I expected you to follow through! You did not provide adequate care for our elderly dogs. We are distraught and still shaken over this! Rover.com advised us to approach you. Please take down our dogs photos off your page. Those are not the images we saw when we looked at our camera...

Ievet was very good with our fur babies. She sent pictures or videos of them every day we were away. We came back to a clean house. We would get Ievet again,

Ievet is wonderful! She took care of our 4 month-old puppy and 9 year-old cat for 8 days. She kept us informed of all that was going on at home, sending us many pictures and videos. The puppy is still learning and working on house training, but Ievet was so patient and he had learned a great deal more when we arrived home. Ievet is honest, reliable, and trustworthy, and we have already booked her again! Her communication while we were away was wonderful! She even cleaned our house before we arrived back home, which was a beautiful surprise! I highly recommend Ievet to take care of your pets. They will be happy and well-cared for when you arrive home!
