I only have 8 h lectures per week, so I available most of the times till December probably, when I leave for work to England.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in HMO with a garden, so I may be able to house a pet, but with my landlady's agreement. Otherwise I work as a live-in carer too, for 10 years already and living and respecting someone's property is a norm form me, if you need a proof of that, please ask personally. I am self-employed carer.
