My cats love when iesa comes to visit them. She is the only sitter that can get my shy kitty out from hiding and to play while we are gone!

Schedule
Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine, especially since I work from home and am able to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Each day, I ensure pets are fed on schedule, receive any necessary medications, and get plenty of enrichment and one-on-one attention while I monitor their overall well-being. Because I’m home, I can easily accommodate different routines.

For cats especially, I prioritize a calm, low-stimulation environment, respecting their boundaries while ensuring they feel safe and engaged. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I keep their space clean, follow all instructions closely, and provide daily updates so owners feel reassured and connected while they’re away.

A typical day
In the morning, we start with time outside followed by breakfast, then some playful energy-burning activities before I settle in to work. Throughout the day, pets get regular outdoor breaks every 2–3 hours (or more frequently depending on their needs), along with enrichment like tug-of-war, fetch, puzzle toys, or supervised free play. After work, we head out for walks, yard play, or active games, adjusting for the weather to keep things safe and enjoyable. In the evening, pets can look forward to dinner followed by relaxing wind-down time.
