Pet care experience
I speak fluent bark and meow!
I've been caring for animals my entire life, and I approach every booking with the understanding that your pet is a member of your family. I currently own a playful and friendly Shiba Inu x Pug mix. She is one year old, very high energy, and has never met a creature she didn't like and wanted to play with. Training her was/is a challenging but rewarding experience. I am very comfortable with puppies and senior dogs as they usually need more attention and care, and I find providing that rewarding.

Ida was wonderful with our Cavapoo Bertie and took excellent care of her whilst we were away travelling. She formed a lovely bond with her and really looked after her so I was really pleased with how it all went. I would highly recommend Ida to anyone looking for their pooch to be taken care of ⭐️
Ida is fantastic! We met walking our dogs in the same area, and by now I consider her a friend. We have pet-sat for each other a couple of times, which is great for our dogs as they play so well together. I would highly recommend her!
I have known Ida since childhood, and she has always been one of those people to stop her walk and say hi to a cat/dog that looks friendly. When we lived in the same city, she often walked my Staffy mix, Mora, together with me or on her own. She has lots of patience and likes to see animals happy.

Schedule
I am working 8am-4.30 with one hour lunch break. I provide 4 outings a day - 3 quick walks (before work, lunch time, before bedtime) and one longer walk/play in the park (after work)

Safety, trust & environment
I live with my partner and Penny in a one-bedroom apartment with sizable living space with multiple dog beds, and a large balcony. We have several dog parks nearby, as well as a lovely riverside path for walks. When caring for your pet in your home, I have no problems providing the type of care your dog is used to.
Pets
A typical day
I am adaptable and flexible, and eager to provide exactly what your pet needs. I would expect you to tell me their likes, loves and dislikes, so I can give them the best possible time while they are with me. On their end, they need to be able to handle a dog (Penny) that will try to play with them. Ideally they would like to play back or tell her off without being violent. I calm her down if I see she is being annoying, but she looooves to play and she will try a couple of times a day for sure.
