Ibrahim accepted a last-minute request very quickly and he was very responsive at all times. I am very satisfied with his services. When I picked up Anita she seemed happy and relaxed. Ibrahim updated me periodically with pictures and videos of Anita walking, eating and resting and everything worked perfectly.
