For the years animals have been a part of my life, caring for others' animals and making sure they were loved and cared for while away from their families has always been one of my favorite things to do. I can still remember details about dogs I've dogsat years ago. I own 2 cats, and my family also has a wonderful small dog whom I can't stay away from for too long. I've had a lot of unique experiences while caring for animals, like playing in the rain together with one of the rare dogs who loved rain, helping strangers break up a fight between their dogs, taking care of rabbits, and finding lost pets. I can't wait to meet your animals!

Safety, trust & environment
While unable to board any animals (two cats!) I can care for your animal in your house for as long as they need me to be there. I respect your privacy, your rules, and your boundaries. Upstairs off limits? It's dead to me! I also do not smoke and will ensure your house/apartment looks just the way you left it.

Ian was incredible !! He really took the time to get to know each of our cats individual personalities and let them warm up at their own pace. He took amazing care of each of them despite their reservations and I truly appreciate it immensely!!! Plus the pictures were equally adorable and hilarious :)
Ian did a wonderful job caring for our elderly blind kitty Chloe, and housesitting for us. From the photographs sent to us pretty much daily, we could see that Chloe was very comfortable with Ian caring for her, and enjoyed being near him. Being blind has its challenges for her, so a petsitter needs to be mindful of her handicap, as you cannot tell from looking at her. Ian also successfully administered daily medications for her, both orally, and eye drops. Should we need further help, we would not hesitate to schedule with Ian again.
Ian is, by far, one of the best pet sitters out there. He will take the time to visit and get to know you and your pet before pet-sitting. Ian is amazing with my dog and rabbit. He took special care and followed all the instructions. Ian went above and beyond. I will certainly contact Ian again for future services. You will not be disappointed.
Ian loves animals and you can tell by the way he tenderly cares for them. He’s very conscientious and considerate of their wants and needs, and lights up when he’s around them. It also seems that they are drawn to him and feel safe and enjoy his presence and care. Ian’s calm and loving, not nervous and overbearing, and quickly becomes their trusted best friend. I highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for a pet caregiver.

Schedule
My schedule is very open and flexible as a student, and I have a very open schedule, particularly in summer. I'm ready when you are!

- Please let me know about any special consideration for your pet, especially if your dog is reactive with other dogs, has food aggression, or has fear aggression. Depending on how trained or severe the behavior, I may not be able to accommodate certain services, like walking.
