Gus, overnight and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment we met him, it was obvious how caring, knowledgeable and genuine he is with dogs. He took the time to get to know both of their personalities and made sure they felt completely settled and comfortable. Roo and Gus were so happy, relaxed and clearly well cared for when we collected them. We received updates and photos which gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away knowing they were in the best hands. Ian went above and beyond, treating them like they were his own. It’s not easy leaving your dogs with someone else, especially overnight, but I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. His professionalism, kindness and love for animals really shine through in everything he does. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and genuinely passionate about caring for dogs, I can’t recommend Ian highly enough. Opie had a great stay! From the start, everything felt really professional—they provided a form to fill out and arranged a meet and greet beforehand, which gave me a lot of confidence. During his day and overnight stay, I was kept regularly updated on how Opie was doing and what he was getting up to, which I really appreciated. It made me feel relaxed knowing he was in good hands.
