5+⭐️ 🥰🐱 Hyun Hwa and her husband were exceptional. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and above all, very loving toward Onix. They took care of every single detail and need he had. It’s because of this personalized and detailed care that I infinitely prefer leaving him with them rather than at a cat hotel. The communication was fantastic; they kept me updated at all times with photos and videos, where it was clear just how comfortable and trustful Onix felt around them. Honestly, he enjoyed himself so much that he didn't even want to come back home! 😅 That gave me total peace of mind knowing he was in the best possible hands.
