Pet care experience
Low maintenance pets don't exist.
I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves.

I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

Hunter was great in every way. We received tons of updates and we came home to very happy dog 😊
Hunter is fantastic. She takes wonderful care of my two fish, and sends me regular photo updates of them! She is very adept in caring for her own pets, and is a very organized, and put together person.

Schedule
I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible.
