Our apartment is located on the first floor with a small staircase to the street. If your dog needs to avoid stairs, we can go down the hall and use the elevator. We make sure to always send 1 or 2 updates per day.

Information Hunter A. would like to know about your pet
Since we do have a pet of our own, please let us know feeding instructions in advance. We prefer dogs who eat on command/as soon as food is places rather than free-feed throughout the day. If your dog is a free-feeder (which we’ve had several before and they’ve often been fine!), please confirm they do not have an issue with resource guarding/snapping at our dog if she walks by the food. Millie has never tried to eat another dog’s food, but please confirm your dog does not resource guard aggressively if they free-feed!
A typical day
We have a basket full of toys and everything is free game. If there are specific toys you do not want your dog playing with (plush toys or hard bones), please let us know and we will remove them. We can take them on long walks, to the dog park, or just indoor play. With your permission, we are also more than happy to take your dog on car rides to the park/dog friendly restaurants if they enjoy being out of the house.

Hi Altanta friends and four-legged family! We are in the process of relocating to Franklin, TN for a new career opportunity for my wife. While we are excited for the move, we will miss all of the fur friends we’ve had as guests over the last two years. Wishing you all the best and give your pup an extra treat for us. ———————— Yes, our dog did sign our marriage license (legally). We’ve been Rovering for over 2 years now and we love having an extra pup around the home. I work from home all days except I go in office on Wednesdays. If boarding during the week, please let us know if your dog is fully trained and comfortable to be left alone for a work day (8-5pm). We crate our dog, Millie, when we are both gone, but we don’t require your pet to be crated. My wife, Julie (pictured in the cover photo) will do most of our house sitting. When we go out on weekends, we often choose spots that are dog friendly where we can take our own pup and enjoy the outdoors. If you want your dog to go to the park or for a walk on the beltline while you’re away, we’re happy to get them out and about and go for a car ride (our Millie LOVES car rides)! Always willing to do meet & greets/video calls so you can make sure we’re the right fit. We love all our four-legged guests like our own and can’t wait to meet yours!

Hunter & Julie hold a special place in our heart. We know our fur baby is well taken care of whenever she’s with them. They are flexible, great communicators, & truly treat the pets they care for with all their love. We know our dog loves it there because she gets so excited as soon we turn on their street. They’re the best!
We couldn’t ask for a better sitter! Communication was excellent from start to finish, with frequent updates and photos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was clearly happy and relaxed. We will absolutely be booking again!
