Hi! I’m Mia, a lifelong dog lover with over 30 years of experience raising and caring for dogs. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and making them feel happy, comfortable, and at home. I’m home throughout the day, so your pup will get lots of attention and playtime. I usually take dogs outside 3–4 times a day for walks, potty breaks, and fresh air, weather permitting. Our quiet neighborhood in Inverness, Lehi has plenty of grass and beautiful nearby trails to explore. I know it can be hard to leave your dog with someone new, so I’ll send photos/videos and updates at least twice a day. I also love taking pictures on our walks, so you’ll probably get some great photos of your pup! My schedule is flexible, with drop-off and pick-up generally available from 6:30 AM–10 PM. I’m also happy to follow your dog’s usual routine and adjust walks and activities based on their age, energy level, and needs. Most importantly, I’ll treat your dog like part of the family. I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your pup is safe, loved, and having a great time. 🐾

I had such a wonderful experience with Huibin! She did an absolutely excellent job taking care of my dog and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She sent me pictures of him every day, walked him multiple times a day, and kept me updated with a text at least once a day—sometimes even twice a day. It was so clear from the pictures and updates that he was happy, well cared for, and genuinely loved. I could tell he was getting lots of attention, exercise, and affection. I never had to worry about how he was doing because she was so communicative and attentive. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and responsible to watch their dog. I will definitely be using her again! ❤️🐾

I’m home all the time to take care of my little grandson. I love dogs and love to go on walks so dog sitting fits into my routine perfectly. I sent out updates and pictures of your puppy throughout the day so you know they are in good hands.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a safe community and all neighbors are very nice. There are plenty of place to walk around and meet other neighbors’ puppies and play. I only sit small/medium puppies, up to two at a time, so you’ll know for sure your fur friend is taken care of and is given a lot of cuddles and love and exercise to maintain good body and spirit.
A typical day
If your dog is more active and high energy, I’ll take him/her go on longer walks and get many exercises. If your dog is more sedated and lap dog, I’ll make sure him/her get plenty of love and attention.

- Potty schedule, food schedule, and special instructions. I’d also like to know if he/she would get along well with other dog(s) as I may sit up to 3 dogs during some transitions. Either way, please feel free to discuss with me. Please let me know when you are booking if your dog barks often/loud or has separation anxiety. Usually I would not take such puppies.
