I’m home all the time to take care of my little grandson. I love dogs and love to go on walks so dog sitting fits into my routine perfectly. I sent out updates and pictures of your puppy throughout the day so you know they are in good hands.

We live in a safe community and all neighbors are very nice. There are plenty of place to walk around and meet other neighbors’ puppies and play. I only sit small/medium puppies, up to two at a time, so you’ll know for sure your fur friend is taken care of and is given a lot of cuddles and love and exercise to maintain good body and spirit.

Potty schedule, food schedule, and special instructions. I’d also like to know if he/she would get along well with other dog(s) as I may sit up to 3 dogs during some transitions. Either way, please feel free to discuss with me. Please let me know when you are booking if your dog barks often/loud or has separation anxiety. Usually I would not take such puppies.
A typical day
If your dog is more active and high energy, I’ll take him/her go on longer walks and get many exercises. If your dog is more sedated and lap dog, I’ll make sure him/her get plenty of love and attention.

Hi there! My name is Mia. I have raised multiple dogs for over 30 years. My dogs had beautiful hair and fit bodies. Friends all loved our dogs. Now I’m full time at home taking care of my grandson. I love outdoors so I’d go out for walks at least twice everyday as long as weather permits. Our neighborhood is very safe and pleasant. It is in Inverness, Lehi, with easy access to grass areas and nearby trails. I have discovered several beautiful routes nearby to walk on. You'll definitely love the photos I take for your dog. I’m very attentive to dogs and they also like playing with me. My time is also very flexible so feel free to drop/pick up your dog any time (630am-10pm). You will get updates (with photos/videos) at least twice a day during the stay. Wherever you are, you’ll know that your puppy is happy and healthy with someone who truly loves him/her. Your furry friend will definitely have a great time with me. I look forward to meeting your lovely family member! I’m home all the time so your puppy will enjoy many small walks throughout the day-very essential for puppy’s health! Usually I go out 2-4 times per day to make sure your fur baby’s needs are met and their play intentions are satisfied!

Huibin took great care of Toby for a month while we were away abroad. She sent us tons of updates and photos every day. She is always our go to sitter and she is the best!

We had the best Rover experience with Huibin! She took great care of our corgi and sent us multiple photo updates each day during the weeklong stay. We were happy that Pixel was having a great time and had a playmate with another dog, and would definitely book a stay here again!
