I have the ability to work from anywhere. I have reliable transportation and can come to your place. I can care for your pet in the environment where they feel most comfortable, their home. I also love long walks, so I’m happy to take them on their favorite walks or parks. The idea is to keep them in their environment to reduce stress or separation anxiety as much as possible.

I love to learn what gives your dog joyful energy. If they like to explore and socialize, we can go to a local dog park. If they have a favorite toy, we will play tirelessly. If they just want to chill on the couch and watch TV, we can do that too. I’m open.

Caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Growing up surrounded by pets, I learned the importance of love, patience, and attention to detail when it comes to our four-legged friends. That’s exactly what I bring to every pet I care for—whether it’s a high-energy pup who loves long walks or a shy cat who just needs quiet companionship. Why You’ll Feel at Ease • I treat every pet like they’re my own family. • I take the time to get to know your pet’s personality, routines, and special needs. • My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I recently lost my 12 year old terrier mix, Bluebelle, to cancer. It is probably the most devastating feelings I’ve ever felt. I understand the importance and value of our pets, they are family. I also have inherently learned how to care for senior dogs and dogs with special needs. You give me care instructions and I will follow them with utmost precision.

Hugo made an almost instant connection with Gon. He sent daily updates with pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. Gon is usually a very anxious dog, but he settled in comfortably with Hugo. He’s incredibly patient and caring. I would absolutely book him again. Thank you, Hugo! 😊

Hugo was amazing with my pups Lucky (2 y/o pit mix) and Ivy (2 y/o Husky). I never had to worry about them while I was out of town with limited service. He constantly sent updates and was checking in. Will definitely be booking him again!
Hugo has watched my dogs 4 or 5 times now without a single concern or complaint from me. He is such a genuine and friendly person. You can tell he cares about animals and strives to provide excellent service. He consistently sends pics and updates. Not once have I ever been worried if my dogs are okay. My pug, Biggie, is picky with who he likes and allows him to pet him. As soon as I saw my pug allowing him to pet him, I knew it’d be okay to drop him off. Hugo always asks if there’s anything different about Biggie or Nana's feeding schedule, medicine, health, etc., which there never is, but I appreciate that he cares! I cannot recommend him enough.
