Hi there! I've grown up around dogs my whole life, so having one at home has always felt natural. I also co-run a dog food business, so dogs are very much a part of my daily life! I live with Molly, my girlfriend (we share the account)! She’s a huge animal lover and has absolutely loved joining Borrow my Doggy and Rover ✨ I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone so, for boarding or just dog walks, your dog will be in a comfortable, settled environment with outdoor space and a park right outside. They'll get plenty of attention, regular walks and a proper routine so they feel relaxed rather than just minded. I'm happy to keep to whatever feeding schedule, exercise level and habits your dog is used to, and will absolutely send you photos and updates so you can see they're doing well (plus any other reassurances you need). Whether your dog is a confident off-lead explorer or needs a bit more reassurance, I'll match what works for them. Above all, I want your dog to feel happy and safe, and you to feel completely at ease while you're away 🐕

Schedule
I’m a co-founder of a pet food business, and am in the office 5 days per week. It’s a short walk away and is dog-friendly, so any dogs staying with us are more than welcome to come along. Molly works from home 2-3 times per week, so for less energetic dogs or shorter stays she can definitely be at home hanging out with them.

Safety, trust & environment
Our flat works perfectly for most pets! We live on the top floor overlooking a park, with a terrace - so there’s lots of space for your pet to get fresh air and chill out. The terrace has thick stone balustrades, so is very secure. We’re always keeping a close eye on how dogs are settling in - and let them make themselves at home (whether that’s on a bed you bring with you, or settling in on the sofa or our rug).
A typical day
Getting out and about round the park in the mornings is one of our absolute highlights of dogsitting - letting them have a proper sniff about and explore. We usually wrap up work around 6, and then have all evening to hang out with the dogs we’re looking after (whether that’s a second walk, a snuggle on the sofa, or playing with toys). On the weekend, we both love getting out and about in London. Whether it’s going to see the deer in Clissord Park, wandering along the canal to Broadway Market, or popping out to discover a new pastry spot or pub. We’ve loved bringing furry friends along on our adventures, but can of course accommodate for dogs that don’t like to walk as far and/or don’t like being left alone (even for short periods)!
