We currently have myself, my husband and our young daughter that are all eager to look out for your pet! I can currently schedule my own work and my husband works from home as well so we can cover one another should someone need to step out. Whether you need all day care a few times a week or just a few hours for date night , we have you covered, just check our availability often!

We live in a high-rise in the River District in Vancouver. Our neighborhood has plenty of walking paths and a Bosley's right around the corner for any emergency items that you may have missed. There are plenty of dogs in the neighbourhood so your pet will feel right at home with other furry friends. We are also 5-10 minutes from the Metrotown Animal Hospital should your pet need immediate attention. If we are sitting an entire day you can expect a walk every 2-3 hours (we need breaks from our computers as well) and we can feed your pet at your preferred schedule.

We would like to know how many walks you prefer each session and the type of food they like to eat and whether there are certain brands of snacks you need us to stay away from. We live next to Bosley's so we have a variety of snacks to choose from. Any extra tips are helpful especially if they are prone to accidents inside the home. We don't mind the clean up, but it just helps us prepare our home. Maybe your pet really likes bathroom mats ;) , this would be good to know.
A typical day
When we first start off, we get a sense of your dog's personality. Do they roam a lot, or just like to lay in the bed next to the desk. After we adjust our work schedule accordingly. We often need breaks as well, so this works perfectly with spurts of exercise time and walks. Often there are other fellow walkers outside where dogs can socialize and get the quick hello in there. For a full work day you can except 3-5 walks if the weather is cooperating. We do the walk rain or shine, but we find some dogs are rain-shy and often want to get out and back in quickly. We don't force them to do anything, but if you give explicit instructions, we will try to follow them as best we can.

Hello, pet lovers! 🐾 We're a pet loving family dedicated to providing your furry friends with love, care, and fun! With over 15 years of experience caring for our beloved Boston Terrier, Lilly, and a history of looking after other pets, we know how hard it can be to find reliable pet care (Note that Lilly is no longer with us so typically there are no other pets during your stay) There are 3 of us available and since we have a flexible work from home schedule, this means more attention for your dogs! Safety and comfort are our top priorities. From administering simple medication to following special dietary needs, we ensure your pet's routine is maintained just like they're at home. You can expect regular updates and adorable snapshots of your pet's day with us. Our goal is to make sure you're as comfortable as your pet during the stay. We primarily take care of small to medium sized doggos, but if you have a very well behaved larger dog we can see if it's a fit too! Don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love to meet your fur babies!

The sitter was very conscientious in asking about eating and sleeping habits - what was normal. They strove to take the best possible care of our dog. They sent regular photos and videos which was appreciated. They seemed to really enjoy having her at their home.

They made sure he got his daily walks, took him on fun afternoon outings, and even went the extra mile by boiling him chicken breast and washing his reusable diapers. Truly above and beyond! David and Fay were fantastic and very easy to communicate with! They took such good care of Milo who came back happy and well rested. I received photos and at the end of the day, a summary of how his day went. Highly recommend!
