They recently cared for my 10-year-old girl, and the love and attention they gave her went above and beyond my expectations. Because of a house move and a very busy schedule, I didn’t have the chance to arrange a meet and greet beforehand, but I felt confident trusting them and I am so glad I did. That confidence was absolutely well placed. They were flexible, accommodating, and treated her like part of their family. It’s never easy leaving an older dog behind, but their kindness and expertise gave me total peace of mind. What really stood out was how they kept me updated the entire 6 days with photos and videos, showing her happy, comfortable, and relaxed. Those updates were such a relief during a stressful week. They allowed me to focus on the move while knowing she was safe and loved. She clearly bonded with them and came back not just well looked after, but truly happy and that says everything about the kind of care Huan and Iris provide. I will not think twice about booking them again. If you are looking for sitters who are trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely devoted to animals, Huan and Iris are the best choice.
