We have a 2 1/2 year old kitty named MIA and adopted her when she was 1 yr old. We are retired and like to take periodic trips mostly to the Oregon coast. Up until now we would take her with us in the car but she does not like car travel, even with medication, so it was not always the fun relaxing time we wanted.. We considered a number of options but didn't feel comfortable with any of them. Then we met HUA through Rover. She is wonderful, fantastic, patient and kind. We were going to be gone for 6 days and were concerned if MIA would be ok. But HUA was reassuring and her set-up for kitty care is amazing. MIA had her own room with toys, climbing structures, a big window with a panoramic view of the water, food and a kitty litter box. And the really extra fantastic part is that HUA would send us videos 2 or 3 time a day of MIA! That was sooo reassuring that she was ok. We joked if MIA would want to come home with us after spending a week in an all inclusive resort. From now on we will leave MIA with HUA whenever we go out of town. We will work our trips around HUA's availability. We would give her more than 5 stars if the website had the option.
As always, Hua was amazing with my cat. She was even accommodating enough to wait late into the evening for us when our flight came in late. Thanks again!
Kept me updated with my cat, had everything ready and prepared for him, clean area, treated him very nicely and took good care of him. Will definitely book her again in the future
I am impressed with the care given to my cat Slavino. He spent a two night sleepover with Hua and it was a success. My cat is now accostomed to his private accomodations. i am confident and at peace knowing his one week stay next month will be smooth and caring. I received frequent videos from Hua and it was nice to see my cat relaxed and at ease with his surroundings !!
Took fantastic care of our boy and sent several pictures and videos every single day! Hua seems to really know animals! We are very impressed!

I working at home so could have full-time to take care them!usually I send all day just hang out with my pets.I love them very much

Safety, trust & environment
There are no restrictions on my cats, they are all free just inside . They sleep with me at night. I also have a dog. She is very friendly to cats. They grew up together. If your cat is shy, you can own a room by yourself.

A typical day
Looking forward to offering a clean comfortable stay in a calm environment for your cat. We roam around our home and property most of the day. Many BIG windows with lots of birdwatching and napping opportunities to look forward to.
